“Patient and Extremely Hones”
What I appreciated most was that Jason was both patient and extremely honest. I’ve met brokers who are overly aggressive and don’t have the highest integrity. He didn’t rush us through to completion and was there whenever we needed him. He also worked with is closely, and didn’t just send us a recap of random places, but filtered out the spots that didn’t fit our specs. He probably saved use over 100 hours of time, and was able to predict where going to actually sell.
Jason helped us structure the offering so that it would close quickly and so that we could beat other offers. I had thought that an offer was an offer in real estate, but learned that simply isn’t true. It turned out that the Sellers Broker also had very nice things to say about Jason. We feel that he was the reason we were able to close the place we had dreamed of and with a quick closing time. Thanks again!
