"I received the absolute best service from Jason and his team. Due to the nature of my job, I was barely in the area to meet Jason and his staff in person. Instead we utilized technology to communicate (phone, Docusign, email, etc...). They even set up a notary to meet me on the East Coast for me to do my paperwork while traveling. I received timely updates on the sale of my home. Based on my budget, I was given many options for staging, painting, updating fixtures, etc... Initially I was hesitant to spend money to sell my home, but after my unit sold for over-asking, I was happy that I took the advice to stage, paint, and update my place before it went to market. Jason and his team created professional brochures and webpage for my unit. They also utilized social media which gained thousands of page views that aided in the number of home visits my house received. Overall, I could not be happier with how the process went.
